Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, October 21, 2020
7:00 p.m. – Virtual Zoom Meeting
Attendees:
Maria B Maria H
David K Ryan M Bob W
General:
· Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.
· Ryan motioned to approve the September meeting minutes as written. Maria H. seconded, and all were in favor.
President’s Report:
· Emails:
o Resale packets approved and issued; HO sent payment for path repair. HO will need to submit ACRs for items not submitted previously.
o HO refinancing and needed insurance info.; Ryan sent
· Website:
o Posted WSSC information
o Notifications have been fixed
· GOCA:
o Voted to support Question D and not C.
o Traffic safety; working with State Police to slow down drivers on ICC
· Additional speed bumps:
o Tanterra is proposing speed bumps on Heritage Hills from QE to Ga. Avenue.; the Board is supportive of speed bumps on HH. Ryan will look into this and next steps.
Treasurer’s Report:
· All resale packet requests received have been sent.
Vice President’s Report
· Maria H. talked about trash bins.
Secretary’s Report:
· Maria will get pricing on PVC signs
· Working with B&B Paving on their proposal; sent another email to Bryan.
· Sent request to Pupkar re 3 trees to fell
· Maria B sent draft annual accomplishments for review.
Old Business:
· Landscaping Projects:
o Tree release
o There is a drainage issue, Pupkar needs to address these issues. Pupkar will work on a drainage estimate. Maria will follow-up.
o Comcast issue
o Maria will clarify path estimate with B&B
o Pedestrian path
· Compliance issues
· ADU Voting
· Crates on HOA pipeline; Ryan sent letter to St. John’s to have them moved around Halloween.
New Business:
· Annual meeting preparation
· No resale packets pending
· Architecture Committee
· ACRs
Maria B. motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:27pm; Maria H. seconded, and all were in favor. The next meeting is scheduled for November 5th at 7:30pm via Zoom.
