This does not require approval, provided there is no structural change.

 

I want to construct a fence on my property, do I need approval?

Fences require approval and are subject to various architectural guidelines.

 

I want to expand my driveway surface, do I need approval?

Expansion of a driveway beyond its original footprint is prohibited, as specified in the architectural guidelines.

 

I want to plant different bushes in front of my home, do I need approval?

Minor landscaping does not require HOA approval, but the guidelines specify some limits on landscaping changes.

 

I want to cut down a tree on my property, do I need approval?

This does not require HOA approval.
