Review / Approval of April 2023 Meeting Minutes

1. Maria B. called the meeting to order at 7:01pm.

2. Reviewed April minutes; David motioned to approve and Maria H. seconded. All were in favor.

President’s Report

1. Website updates: The May meeting date was posted on the HOA website. March meeting minutes were also posted on the HOA website.

2. Working on CCOC annual registration;

3. GOCA Update: Maria B. attended the May 9th meeting

Architectural Committee:

1. Architectural Change Requests for Review

2. Compliance Issues

Old Business:

1. Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Projects

2. ADU Voting/Meeting Review of new amendment;

3. Trees

4. Montgomery County 311 Submissions:

5. Proposed Covenant Changes

6. The Board met with the attorney and went through all open items.

7. Suggested Improvements to the ACR process

8. Potholes

9. Repaving of our community streets is needed. Maria B. submitted an MC311 request. Maria B. received a call of this. This will not likely occur any time soon; MC311 request is showing In Progress.

10. St. John’s contacted the HOA about potentially installed a fence between their property and HOA property.

New Business:

1. Schedule June Board meeting.

2. July meeting is scheduled for 7/19/23.

Maria B. motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:41pm. Judy seconded and all were in favor.
