Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, May 19, 2021

Review / Approve of April 2021 Meeting Minutes:
Maria B. called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Maria B. motioned to approve the April meeting minutes as written. Maria H. seconded and all were in favor.
President’s Report:
Website updates:
May meeting date posted on our website banner. The website lists the options of how to email the BOD and join monthly meetings via Zoom.
Redacted version of the March meeting minutes posted on website.
GOCA: No updates received from Ryan.

Treasurer’s Report:
Account Balances: Paid IRS and MD taxes, insurance bill
Re-Sale Packages: None pending nor requested.
Dues Status: No changes.
Vice President’s Report:
Enforcement Update: to be reviewed under Compliance Notices below.

Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Projects
Rick will develop request for proposal on drainage work needed. Drainage work behind Sinclair Court that should be included in the request for proposal.
ADU Voting/Meeting Review of new amendment
Path Maintenance
Maria B. walked the path again with B&B Paving to access areas that need attention. They submitted a proposal which added repair of a sinkhole and noting that only one section of the gas field path needs work.
Maria B. motioned to for the BOD to approve the B&B Paving quote for path repair. Rick seconded, all were in favor and the motion carried.
Path to Private Property
Sign for both ends of the dirt path area.
Common Area behind Tidewater Court Townhomes
Maria B. will again contact Comcast regarding the removal of abandoned cable/telephone hubs and surface wires on HOA property behind the townhomes. No update.

Extending the HOA common area path system
The BOD is considering the possibility of paving an asphalt path that links the gas field path to Georgia Ave.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday June 16th via Zoom at 7PM. David motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:28pm. Maria B seconded, and all were in favor.
