Review / Approve of December 2020 Meeting Minutes:

● Maria B. called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM.

● Maria B. motioned to approve the December meeting minutes as written. David seconded and all were in favor.

President’s Report:

● Website (Ryan maintaining). No update regarding website activity.

● GOCA (update from Ryan). GOCA passed a resolution to support the Brooke Manor Estates. resolution about traffic safety, specifically, speeding on streets and ICC in advance of SB 0337 2021.

● Maria B received a communications regarding FHA

Treasurer’s Report:

● Account Balances

● Re-Sale Packages

● Dues Status

● Trash Program Status

Vice President’s Report:

● Enforcement Update: no report

Secretary’s Report

● Other Correspondence: no report

Old Business:

● Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Projects

● Common Area by Tidewater Court Townhomes

● Path to Private Property

● ADU Voting/Meeting Review of new amendment

● Path Maintenance

● Path Signs. Bob installed new signs on the post at the southern path end bordering Rte. 108 using tamper-proof fasteners to prevent future vandalism.

● Traffic – speed humps. Rick will contact homeowner to lead effort

New Business:

● Discuss adding our HOA meeting schedule to the website.

● New owners requested HOA and trash pickup information

● Motorized vehicles on path and sidewalk. Board members were to take note of any instances of street-legal motorcycles, trail bikes, or scooters driven on the path; pictures if possible.

The next meeting will be on Feb 16th via Zoom at 7:00pm. Maria B. motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:59pm. David seconded, and all were in favor.
