Review / Approve of January 2020 Meeting Minutes:

· Maria B. called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM.

· Rick motioned to approve the Jan meeting minutes as written. Maria B. seconded and all were in favor.

President’s Report:

● Website updates: Ryan M has created a banner on the main page showing the next meeting date/time. He agreed to update this banner monthly

● GOCA (get from Ryan): GOCA passed a resolution opposing the removal of police resource officers from schools.

● Maria B. sent email to HOA community regarding recycling pick-up day which moves from Friday to Saturday this week due to the President’s Day holiday.

Vice President’s Report:

● Enforcement Update: to be reviewed under Compliance Notices.

Old Business:

● Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Projects

o Maria B. sent another follow-up request on 2/10 to Pupkar for drainage repair estimate

● ADU Voting/Meeting Review of new amendment

o David sent ADU proxy forms to homeowners that had not yet responded.

● Path Maintenance

o Maria B. contacted Nichols Paving and John Parker Paving for estimates; received estimate from John Parker Paving on 2/4/2021. Comparison for path repair sections excluding the pipeline

● Landscaping

o Drainage issue: Maria sent another follow-up message to Pupkar on 2/10

The next meeting will be on March 17th via Zoom at 7:00pm. Maria B. motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:02pm. Rick seconded, and all were in favor.
