Brookeville Knolls HOA Board of Directors Meeting
7:30 p.m., Monday, December 9, 2024
Attendees: Maria B, Maria H, Brad S, Jim D, David K
Review / Approval of October 2024 Meeting Minutes: to be reviewed at January meeting
President’s Report
a. GOCA:
o GOCA has direct link to 311 on their website, we would like to have a similar link on our HOA website. Maria B. will review with Ryan M.
o GOCA also has a direct link to Roads; able to report missing signs, blocked signs, areas where grass hasn’t been mowed, etc. Maria B. will review with Ryan M.
o Maria B. participated in the November 12 GOCA meeting
o GOCA updated their AHSI support letter:
o Negative, unnecessary verbiage was removed
o GOCA opposes the AHSI proposal that is being presented to the Council from the County’s Planning Department. GOCA’s letter included several deficiencies.
o Online voting took place to approve/reject the revised letter
· 39.5% approved
· 2.3% disapproved
· 58% abstained
Treasurer’s Report
a. Federal Transparency Act – This was put on hold; the IRS has delayed
b. Accounts
Vice President’s Report:
a. Update on county trees. New County person assigned but Maria H. does not know who this new person is. She is awaiting a respond with the new contact information.

a. Review Pupkar’s tree review and proposal. We need details on these trees. Pupkar needs to mark the trees or review with a Board member.
b. Schedule January Board meeting; scheduled for January 15th at 7:30pm
