Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, April 20, 2022
7:00 p.m. – Zoom

Review / Approval of March 2022 Meeting Minutes
● Maria B. called the meeting to order at 7:03PM.
● Maria B. motioned to approve the March meeting minutes. David seconded and all were in favor.
President’s Report
● Website updates:
o The approved Feb minutes were posted on the HOA website.
o The April meeting date was posted on the HOA website.
● GOCA
o Rick has agreed to be the 2nd representative for GOCA.
o Maria B. participated in 2 of 3 sessions set up by GOCA to hear District 7 County Council candidates.
● Emails
Treasurer’s Report: The HOA insurance bill increased by $200. Tree removal costs may possibly go over budget, requiring re-balancing from reserves.
● Account Balances
● Re-Sale Packages: No requests were received or are pending.
● Dues Status
Vice President’s Report: No report.
Secretary’s Report: No report.
Member-At-Large Report: No report.
Architectural Committee
● Resale Packages for Review: No requests were received or are pending.
● Architectural Change Requests for Review
● Old Compliance Issues
Old Business:
● Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Projects
o Need to create an RFP for bids to complete the proposed work to address water flow issues.
o The Board motioned to get additional bids for the survey of Parcel D only from OC&L.
● Mowing:
o Homeowner requested the HOA trim behind fences
● ADU Voting/Meeting Review of new amendment; item tabled for review at April 2020 meeting.
● Path to Private Property Signs
● Common Area behind Tidewater Court Townhomes
● Reserve Study
● Trees
● Montgomery County 311 Submissions
New Business:
● Potential changes to covenants. Maria B. reminded BOD members to review Article 7. Several areas for updates/clarification to the covenants were discussed
·● Shed compliance issues. Tabled for discussion to the May 2022 meeting.
The next Board meeting will be on Wednesday May 18th, 2022 at 7:00 PM via Zoom. Maria B. motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:21 PM when Zoom reached its time limit and disconnected everyone.
