Review / Approve of February 2021 Meeting Minutes:

· Maria B. called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM.

· Rick motioned to approve the Feb meeting minutes as written. Maria H. seconded and all were in favor.

President’s Report:

Treasurer’s Report:

● Account Balances: Three invoices paid

● Re-Sale Packages

● Enforcement Update: to be reviewed under Compliance Notices below.

o Maria B. sent another follow-up request on 2/10 to Pupkar for drainage repair estimate; still no response. Maria B. sent another request on 3/15.

o Drainage and flooding from common area issue

● ADU Voting/Meeting Review of new amendment

o Review paving estimates: No additional estimates have been received. Rick will follow up and draft a statement of work for the contractors to ensure that estimates are equivalent.

· Speed humps on Heritage Hills Drive between Queen Elizabeth Drive and Route 108

The next meeting will be on Wednesday May 19th via Zoom at 7PM. David motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:33pm. Rick seconded, and all were in favor.
