Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Tuesday, April 7, 2020

6:30 p.m. – Zoom Online

Attendees:

Meeting with Attorney (Jeremy T):

• Reviewed amendments Jeremy authored

• Discuss enforcement of AG

General:

• Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.

• GOCA approved Zoom meetings in lieu of social distancing.

• Ryan motioned to approve the March meeting minutes as written. David seconded, and all were in favor.

President’s Report:

• Received a couple of emails from homeowners outside of our area.

• Ryan fixed a bug with a webform

• GOCA meeting will be online – April 14th.

• Speed humps are installed.

Treasurer’s Report:

• Account Balances as of 4/7/2020

• Paid Potomac Disposal

Vice President’s Report

• Maria H. followed-up on enforcement activities

Secretary’s Report:

• Maria B. reached out to Comcast but has not received a response yet.

Old Business:

• Maria will follow-up with the homeowner who has not signed the release form for Pupkar to fell trees.

• Maria will follow-up with Pupkar re drainage issue.

• Need to delay Community Clean Up day post pandemic.

New Business:

• Review discussion with lawyer regarding amendment.

• AG Compliance

Maria motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:41pm; David seconded, and all were in favor. The next meeting is scheduled for May 13th from 7:00 – 8:30 pm via Zoom.
