March 2020 Board Meeting Summary

Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, March 10, 2020

7:00 p.m. – Olney Library

Attendees:

General:

• Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm.

• Ryan motioned to approve the February meeting minutes as written. David seconded, and all were in favor.

President’s Report:

• Received and responded to emails

• Resale package processing

• Ryan noted the website traffic

• GOCA – attending county meeting about redistricting

• Ryan provided forms for Code of Conflict and Conflict of Interest; all Board members signed these documents.

Treasurer’s Report:

• Account Balances

Vice President’s Report

• Maria H began some enforcement activities

Secretary’s Report:

• Maria B. sent email to Pupkar about the need to plant new trees and/or what’s needed for reforestation and looking at felled trees that are creating drainage issues.

• Maria B. sent follow-up note to Comcast about their equipment on HOA property.

Old Business:

New Business:

• Proposed amendment to our bylaws prohibiting ADUs from being erected. Reviewed; Ryan will address suggested changes with lawyer.

• Discussed possible dates for Community Clean Up day. Selected 4/19 with 5/3 as rain date; 1-2pm.

Maria motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:10pm; Ryan seconded, and all were in favor. The next meeting is scheduled for April 15, from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at the Olney Library.
