Resale Packet Updates

The HOA Board has recently updated the process and contents of resale packages. The revised package includes the following changes:

• Resale packages will be delivered in electronic format (via email with an attachment). This will speed up the delivery of requested packages.

• The letter from the HOA that is provided along with the package will include additional information –

• Information on whether there are any outstanding HOA violations.

• Information on forms required by the HOA upon settlement (ALTA Settlement Statement/HUD-1, GCAAR #905 form, and email address of new home owner).

The process for home owners to request re-sale packages has remained unchanged and is as follows -

• If you sell your home, you will need to present the purchaser with a Resale Package which consists of the following:

• Association Articles of Incorporation

• By-laws

• Covenants

• Architectural Guidelines

• Architectural Change Forms

• Dues Status Form

• Community Map

• Current HOA Budget

• The cost of the package is $50 and takes about 10 days to prepare. To order, mail a check to:
