Brookeville Knolls HOA BOD Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, March 6, 2019

7:30 pm

Attendees:

Maria Ryan

General:

• Kathleen called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.

• Ryan motioned to approve the February minutes as revised. David seconded, and all were in favor.

Treasurer’s Report:

• David provided a comprehensive report:

• Including Homeowners with outstanding dues

• Reported on account balances.

• David completed CCOC training certification

VP’s Report:

• GOCA Update:

Secretary’s Report:

• No update

Old Business:

• Request

• Responded to home owner request for common area improvements

• Architectural Guideline Changes

• Kathleen sent red-lined version of AG document and a clean version and send to Board for final review as well as a documented summary of changes

• The Board voted to approve the changed to the guidelines. All were in favor.

• Reviewed proposed FAQs; added a few more suggestions.

• Clean-up Day

• Kathleen will send reminder emails

• Ryan will post on BKHOA website

• Maria and Ryan will put out signs at designated locations Monday prior

• Items to Discuss with Attorney

• Review existing and new liens

• Discuss enforcement of Architectural Guidelines

• HOA land

New Business:

• ACR Requests

• Responded to several ACRs.

Maria motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:08pm. Ryan seconded, and all were in favor. The next meeting is scheduled for April 10th at the Olney Library.
