Brookeville Knolls HOA BOD Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, March 21, 2018
7:30pm
Attendees:

Mary called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.
Kathleen motioned to approve the February meeting meetings as written. Larry seconded. All were in favor.
Treasurer’s Report:
Treasurer reported on Checking, Savings and Trash balances
Delinquent due accounts:
8 homeowners still delinquent; Larry provided Mary list of delinquent homeowners and amounts.
President’s Report:
Nothing to report
VP’s Report:
Many more emails received through the website
Secretary’s Report:
Nothing to report
Member-At-Large:
Ryan posted information link on website.
Ryan attended the March GOCA meeting
Old Business:
Trees:
Mary reached out to Steve again about chipping along the path. We will now need to hold off until next winter.
She also asked him to look at the trees behind QE and Shady View Lane.
Architectural Guidelines:
Kathleen shared AG document. Board will review and add comments for the next meeting.
Kathleen drafted form letter to be used for non-compliant Architectural change.
Path Repair:
Maria will follow-up with B&B on an estimate for repair of the broken path section near the Y.
Mowing Proposal:
Mary motioned to accept the two-year C&R Proposal for mowing as written with minor changes and we will pre-pay for one year. Kathleen seconded, and all were in favor. Mary and Larry signed the contract.
Maria will email scanned signed contract to C&R; C&R will sign and return and then Larry will send him pre-payment.
New Business:
Newsletter:
Kathleen provided proposed newsletter articles; reviewed and made suggested changes.
Maria motioned to adjourn at 8:57pm. Larry seconded. All were in favor. The next meeting is April 18th at Maria’s house.
