Brookeville Knolls HOA BOD Meeting Summary

General

• Mary called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.

• Mary motioned to approve the January meeting meetings as revised. Kathleen second. All were in favor.

Treasurer’s Report:

• Treasurer reported on Checking, Savings and Trash balances

• Delinquent due accounts:

• 8 homeowners still delinquent

• Remaining delinquent accounts will be turned over to attorney

President’s Report:

• Mary emailed Pupkar about coming out to clean up the debris along the path.

VP’s Report:

• Kathleen attended the 2/13 GOCA meeting

Secretary’s Report:

• Nothing to report.

Member-At-Large:

• Nothing to report.

Old Business:

• Path Repair:

• Maria received a proposal from B&B paving for the sink hole repair. Maria will follow-up to ensure he knows he cannot drive on the path. Mary motioned to hire B&B to move forward with the repair. Maria seconded and all were in favor. We would like an estimate for the repair on the Y and have the work done at the same time.

• Mowing Proposal:

• Maria received two mowing proposals from C&R Contractors: a one-year proposal and a two-year proposal. Mary motioned to accept C&R’s 2-year proposal provided they clarify it includes air blowing the paths with each cut, the price is locked for both years, and we pre-pay the first year in one payment. Larry seconded. All were in favor.

New Business:

• ACR Requests

• One request reviewed and approved

• Architecture Guidelines

• Discussed reviewing the current AGs to look for gaps. We agreed to start reading the AG document through page 4, looking for gaps and potential items to change.

Maria motioned to adjourn at 9:29pm. seconded. All were in favor. The next meeting is March 21st
