Brookeville Knolls HOA BOD Meeting Summary

Wednesday, January 10, 2018

7:30pm

Attendees:

Maria Mary Larry

Ryan Kathleen

General

  • Mary called the meeting to order at 7:35pm.

  • Mary motioned to approve the December meeting meetings as written. Kathleen second. All were in favor.

  • Kathleen motioned to approve the 2017 Annual Meeting Minutes. Larry seconded, and all were in favor.

Board Reports:

  • Treasurer reported on Checking, Savings and Trash balances

  • Delinquent due accounts:

  • 12 homeowners received 3rd and final notices

  • Remaining delinquent accounts will be turned over to attorney.

  • Delinquent trash accounts:

  • 4 homeowners have not paid their trash fees

  • Maria sent 3rd and final letters to HOA members with delinquent dues.

  • Maria talked with B&B Paving regarding the sink hole. Bryan H will relook at it and provide an estimate. She will also ask them to look at the Y where the tree is pushing up the path.

  • Newsletter: Kathleen offered to take on the newsletter.

  • Kathleen offered to continue checking and responding to BKHOA emails.

Old Business:

  • Ash Trees

  • Pupkar completed removed of ash trees for work contracted

  • Mary motioned to have Pupkar review trees in common areas behind Shady View Lane in early Spring. Maria seconded and all in favor. Mary will engage Pupkar.

  • Leaf pick up:

  • Complete

New Business:

  • Circles

  • County planted a tree in Sinclair Court last week.

  • Forms to Sign:

  • Code of Conduct – all Board members signed

  • Conflict of Interest – all Board members signed

  • Audit

  • Larry received audit from Brundage. The audit was reviewed.

  • Larry signed the tax forms. There will be one more to sign at the end of February.

  • ACR Requests

  • One request reviewed and approved

Maria motioned to adjourn at 9:35pm. Kathleen seconded. All were in favor.

Next meeting is February 21st.
