Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Tuesday, September 16, 2020

7:00 p.m. – Virtual Zoom Meeting

Attendees:

General:

· Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.

· Ryan motioned to approve the August meeting minutes as written. David seconded, and all were in favor.

President’s Report:

· Emails:

o HOA garbage program question about electronics pick up – cancelled

o Maria to follow-up with Pupkar on status of trees to be felled

· GOCA:

o 2 ballot initiative; 9 districts or 7 geographic based Council members and 4 at large positions; GOCA will send survey to community

o Want to put GA under Route 28; 8th on the MoCo road priority list

Treasurer’s Report:

· Account Balances as of 9/7/2020

Vice President’s Report

· Compliance letter

Secretary’s Report:

· Maria will get pricing on PVC signs

· Maria B. sent annual meeting docs for review

· Land Décor completed path trimming.

· Working with B&B Paving on their proposal

· Sent request to Pupkar re 3 trees to fell; Maria will follow-up on status.

Old Business:

· Landscaping Projects:

o Tree release

o There is a drainage issue

o Comcast issue

o Pedestrian path

· Compliance issues

New Business:

· 2020 annual meeting:

o Decided on Thursday, 11/5

o David to send budget; he will work with Maria on the mailing.

o Proxy

o Annual meeting docs need to be finalized for mailing on 10/1

o Path behind Tidewater Court

o Crates on HOA pipeline

o Abandoned car

Architecture Committee:

· No ACRs pending

· No resale packets pending

· Compliance issues

Maria B. motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:10pm; David seconded, and all were in favor. The next meeting is scheduled for October 14th from 7:00 – 8:30 pm via Zoom.
