Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, March 15, 2023

Review / Approval of February 2023 Meeting Minutes
President’s Report
- Website updates: The March meeting date was posted on the HOA website. January meeting minutes were also posted on the HOA website. 
- Working on CCOC annual registration; started to complete the info but now cannot get in; placed a call with their support team. 
- Submitted 3 MC311 requests. 
- Status of Ethical - Conduct and Conflict of Interest forms 
- GOCA Update 
- Emails

Old Business:
1 Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Projects
a. Maria B. sent identified questions to Boyer
b. The Board motioned to get additional bids for the survey of Parcel D only from OC&L.
c. Mowing Contract: Maria B. send mowing bid requests to the following companies:
1 Horeb Land (formerly Land Décor)
2 Boyer
3 Planet Green
4 Murphy’s Lawn Maintenance
· Received bid requests from Boyer and Horeb Land (formerly Land Décor).
· Maria B. motioned to select Horeb Land. David seconded and all were in favor. Maria B. will send a note to Horeb Land with a couple of suggested edits to their proposal.
2. ADU Voting/Meeting Review of new amendment;
3. Trees:
a. See attached ACR file with status of Tree Issues.
b. Maria H. indicated that we need to follow-up on tree plantings as discussed at the 2022 Annual Meeting. We need trees planted to replace the many trees felled over the year. We need to pick trees that are smaller and less likely to fall over. Maria H. will research tree plantings and the County rain garden program.

5. Proposed Covenant Changes:
- Suggested Improvements to the ACR process: 
a. Per Rick’s suggestion, add verbiage to the Resale Package information on our website that failure to submit an ACR will delay the release of a resale package. David will revise the verbiage around this so we can update our website.
7. Potholes:
a. There is a large pothole at the intersection of QE and HH Drives.
8. Repaving of our community streets is needed. Maria B. submitted an MC311 request.
