Brookeville Knolls HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, May 13, 2020

7:00 p.m. – Virtual Zoom Meeting

Attendees:

General:

• Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm.

• Ryan motioned to approve the April meeting minutes as written. David seconded, and all were in favor.

President’s Report:

• Emails

• Website up 14% from last month

• Ryan will send thank you email to County traffic people this month.

• GOCA:

• County Exec mtg in April – very informative

• Districts 14 and 19 – 6 reps participated

• $2M for Olney theatre project; $ from some Brookeville projects

• Presentation is on GOCA website

• 9 MC districts; can sign petition online

Treasurer’s Report:

• Account Balances as of 5/13/2020

• Paid Land Décor, insurance, Potomac Disposal, and attorney.

Vice President’s Report

• No update

Secretary’s Report:

• Maris spoke to home owners regarding HOA issues

• Followed-up with Pupkar regarding a variety of tree issues

Old Business:

• Comcast issue; revisit in June.

New Business:

• Proposed amendment review.

• Bob brought up issue with path damage

• General path repair status discussed

• AG Compliance

Maria motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:42pm; David seconded, and all were in favor. The next meeting is scheduled for June 10th from 7:00 – 8:30 pm via Zoom.
