• Kathleen called the meeting to order at 6:35pm.

• Roles for upcoming year:

• Ryan – VP

• David – Treasurer

Treasurer’s Report:

• Outstanding dues

• Trash program payments

• Reported on Account balance

• Paid one trash payment

VP’s Report:

• Ryan talked to Tanterra about traffic.

Secretary’s Report:

• Nothing

Meeting Calendar:

• Next annual meeting –

• Thursday 11/14 or Wed 11/6 is when the community room is available. Board agreed to hold the annual meeting on 11/14.

• Monthly dates / host:

• January 2 July 10

• February 6 August 21

• March 6 September 11

• April 3 October 2

• May 8 November 14

• June 5 December 4

Roles & Responsibilities:

• President:

• Set meeting agendas and schedule; work with lawyer on liens; respond to community questions and concerns

• Vice President:

• Maintain website; address traffic issues

• Treasurer:

• Pay bills; manage the budget; report delinquent accounts

• Secretary:

• Meeting minutes; prepare and mail dues / trash notices; request quotes for mowing and landscaping projects

• Misc.:

• GOCA reps; President and Vice President will be primary reps; Treasurer and Secretary will be backup reps.

• Discussed alternating review of and responding to emails; revisit at next meeting

Other:

• Maria will request quote for leaf removal

Ryan motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:10pm. Maria seconded, and all were in favor. The next meeting is scheduled for January 2nd.
