• Mary called the meeting to order at 7:38pm.

• Kathleen motioned to approve the July meeting meetings as written. Larry seconded. All were in favor.

Treasurer’s Report:

• Reported on account balances

• Paid monthly trash payment to Potomac Disposal

• Reimbursed Mary for office supplies

• Paid path repair invoice and taxes

President’s Report:

• No update

VP’s Report:

• Newsletter:

• Working toward a September newsletter

Secretary’s Report:

• No Update

Member-At-Large:

• Ryan shared the results of survey.

Old Business:

• Trees:

• Pupkar cut down small dead ash trees along the path behind Chancery Court.

• The dead tree on Heritage Hills has a big X on it; hopefully this means that the County is addressing this tree.

• Landscaping Projects:

• Issues with C&R:

• Need to further address with C&R.

New Business:

• Budget for Next Year:

• Discussed and proposed changes.

• Maria motioned to keep the annual dues flat. Kathleen seconded; and all were in favor.

• Annual Dues Letter Review:

• Maria shared draft letter. The Board reviewed and suggested changes;

• Proxies

• Print two sides; one on each side with a big OVER.

• Annual Meeting Prep: (Nov 8)

• Kathleen suggested sending an email about annual dues due 10/1 and upcoming annual meeting and 2 Board vacancies.

• We will all solicit our neighbors for these vacancies.

• Program – Kathleen will reach out to GOCA

• Homeowner Concerns

• Addressed various home owner concerns and issues received throughout the month

• Clean-Up day:

• Kathleen will send email 9/15 and 9/28.

• Board will put signs out on 9/24; will discuss the logistics at September meeting.

Maria motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:20pm. Mary seconded. All were in favor.
